Now for my easy dessert recipe! My mom always made these when I was a kid and I still love making them today. If you make your own pie dough, it’s a good way to use up the scraps!
Sugar ‘n Cinnamon Stickies
Pie dough (rolled out into a rectangle)
2-3 tbsp sugar (add more or less depending on the amount of dough)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp butter
Roll out the pie dough into a rectangle. Blend the sugar and cinnamon together and spread over the dough. Roll the dough into a log, then slice the log into 1/4″ pieces. Melt the butter in a skillet and place slices face down. Cook until browned evenly on both sides. Best eaten right away!

The Recipe – Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
My grandma used to make this pie, but I’ve changed it up a bit for my own taste and to eliminate a few calories. It’s no-bake and a terrific summertime dessert! Every time I make this, it flies out of the pie pan. And did I mention, it’s super easy?
1 package chocolate pudding
1 8 oz. package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 10 oz. container Cool Whip Lite
1 graham cracker crust
Make the pudding according to the directions. Leave the cream cheese out to soften and place in a medium-sized bowl. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth. Once the pudding is set, add it to the whipped cream cheese and beat until blended together. Add about 1/3 of the Cool Whip to the pudding mixture and beat. Once it’s smooth and mixed together, pour into the graham cracker crust. Smooth the rest of the Cool Whip on top of the pudding mixture and refridgerate until ready to serve!
